Useless.. what they say is completely different from day to day, luckily there are serious banks out there that can help when Nordea promises something one day and withdraws it the next day.. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!

Bunch of fools, promises anything. Gives you new customer treatment that does not match what the first person said. Unreliable bank. Stay away.. (Sold apartment on recommendation, did not get the mortgage I was promised before sale)

Have been a customer for almost 50 years, but now it's just getting worse and worse banking for ordinary people :-) You can't deposit your children's piggy banks, and you can't withdraw money via the bank's offices/treasurers. And no contact with your own advisor in Arendal.

After being a customer of Kreditkassen and Nordea for 33 years, I must say that I am very satisfied with the bank in several aspects. Life, finance and banking deliver top-notch. I was lucky and worked there for 4.5 years previously! If I had to choose again, I should have taken the time out!

This is not a customer friendly place, impossible to get in touch with either via chat or phone. Asked after finally getting in touch with customer service if it was possible to speak to someone in the department in Arendal, the answer was no!!!!!!!!!!!!
