Nordea 2 Kyrkogatan Noret-Morkarlby-Utmeland

Never experienced such a bad bank. I was at a meeting here in early January when I ordered papers from Nordea's archives. Today is April 10th and I still haven't received the papers. I've been there and been pestering them on several occasions, but then they say they don't know if they can help me and that they'll get back to me. The papers I ordered are about someone accessing my funds and savings accounts and emptying them without me knowing, but Nordea probably knows that they've done something wrong, so they probably have no problem getting the papers.

Such poor customer service. They clearly don't want to deal with their customers, only their money. Completely impossible to get in touch with. 17 minutes on the phone to book an appointment (which would have also ended up with upselling for the bank). Luckily there are other banks because now I've lost patience with Nordea.

Nordea ignores its customers, I had to go to Falun instead, sad
