Had a great experience at Nordea today. The employee who helped me open my account was very professional, respectful, and kind. The service was smooth and really well handled. Thank you for the excellent service!

Srupidly unprofessional to not list any details, only to show up at the Nordea office to find out that it's a special Rådgivningskontor. I even called Nordea prior to visiting, and they gave me the go signal for dropping in. However upon arrival I find that I need to book a time. Which there is no option for on either Nordeas website nor through their telephone support. Furthermore. None of the opening out details are even listen. Closes for drop in help between 12-13? Are you kidding me. And there's absolutely no way to know this until you are there AT THAT TIME. only to discover you have to go to Sollentuna instead.

Good place to creat the account. But you need to get a appointment before go there through the call center. Helped me to create the account. Explained me everything clearly. Excellent customer service. Located in the 12 th floor. Use the elivator. If you are accessing throug metro station it might take some time to find the place.

Well, you need an appointment, but my wife knocked on their door they opened it anyway to book. Compared to other banks in Sweden, this is the one that helped me most. Attendants are really nice and concerned about my needs.

Hopelessly long waiting times and no actions to handling it. Doesn't seem as staff is aware of caring about the customer experience of waiting. Over lunch the staff is even reduced as the queues are growing longer! The competing bank branches in Jakobsberg have handled this so much better!
