Poor customer services and Bad Management. They are all don't care for the customers, no anyone responsible the customer services. Specially (Credit officer Gayan, Branch manager and the Branch team members)
Avoid this branch at every cost. The staff are dangerous in financial transactions. Work with Mt Lavinia branch or Wellawatte branches they are much more safer!
