It’s the worst bank in the island and slowest services I ever found. My cousin have applied for a personal loan (wedding) the process has taken more than a month for initial approval, which usually takes a day or two. It’s a disgrace for their branch manager for being having poor communication within the hierarchy and staffs are lack of product knowledge and asks for documents constantly and not sure as when the funds will be dispersed to customers account.
Very poor service and careless staff.Staff members do not know even the basics of customer service.Specially the Department of Leasing.I noticed, they duplicate payments with relate to vehicle insurance and etc and debit from accounts without informing the customer.Be careful on the debits of your account.
Good friendly staff.
