'' Superb service given by Mr. Morris Fernando at NDB Negombo Branch'' I together with my husband took a housing loan from NDB few months ago and after that I came across with few things which I need to get the help from the bank with related to the loan we took. Morris was so kind enough to help me all the time though I went to him at the very last minute. He has done an excellent service which I do not see from most of the bankers these days. Very poor customer service on our last visit. Not recommended. However they offer higher rates for FDs. Do not expect much care 🥲
