NDB Bank - Kottawa 365/1 A High Level Road Kottawa

I have visited this bank to exchange a cheque.Then counter lady told me that,there's an issue,need to get a confirmation from the original bank,account branch ( Gampola) and after 15 minutes ,I can get it done. I repeatedly asked what was the issue and she said that it can be told only to the owner.Then I went out and came back after 40 minutes and she said ,no reply from the relevant bank yet.Then I have contacted the owner and told him the issue.Afterwards he contacted some personal contact of the bank and figured out that,there is a seal issue. Need to sign again. I mean I don't know whether these people have at least common sense or what. When I was asking for the issue,she should have said " There's a seal issue Sir,you need to sign this again and come back ' That's all she should be said !!! Don't make people's time useless,every minute is important for all of us. I don't know what they are teaching in bank courses. Really dissatisfied😑

Worst branch of NDB , have to wait for hours to get things done. Untrained staff and very unprofessional . There front line gives a very bad service for the customers specially the fair guy in spectacles . Tho there assistant manager is a lovely lady who is the only positive person in this branch . Compared to maharagama branch this branch is useless time wasting place

They load cash outside banking hours leaving no option other than waiting. It took more than 30 min even though it says minutes.
