Bank assistants and manager has no idea on how to cancel a credit card. When asked I was told to suspend it from neos app. After sometime they keep sending annual fees and interests, and hidden charges to the suspended card. When inquired from hotline and recovery section they say a credit card section person will call back which never happened for a month. Worst banking experience ever 👎
They will never issue a proper letter mentioning the terms and conditions of a loan you take. Going in the same shady path as Nations trust bank.
Less crowded. Service Should be improved. Banking services are in medium Quality
