I live overseas and they wouldn't allow myself to use my visa to buy a cold wallet three days ago. I had to contact Australian consulate to contact me and put myself through to speak to someone from NAB. Because we all know that nab will not contact you or have an email address, and there AI robot is USELESS! Today nab froze my account when I tried to transfer 20k to a crypto platform in Australia. They gave no reason. Again I contacted the Australian embassy to put myself through to NAB. Basically NAB bank is making your life difficult. They want to control your MONEY! they don't give any explanation for what they do, and you have to waste half your day trying to get your money out. My friend has had the same problem with NAB, but he had fly back to Australia to sort out the problem. NAB has no customer service. You are required to contact them. These banks make billions of dollars a year but the local corner store in Australia anwser thier phone and have better service. Don't use

Where to start my personal experience with this bank as a whole has to be one of the worst banks ive ever delt with. They have rubbish intrest rates on loans and are not willing to work with you to get better rates even if you have been a client for 10 yrs or more , at times ive found they have some very rude and unhelpful customer service representatives and they have hidden fees within their credit card offers I look forward to closing out my accounts and moving my future money and buisness to a more helpful and suitable bank ....my advise is to look elsewhere for your banking needs there are far better options out there don't be silly like me and put up with it for so long

Our experience with our home lending specialist Wei Ma at NAB has been phenomenal. Wei has guided us through buying our first home with so much patience and knowledge. Her communication style is top tier, she is responsive during non traditional hours and have gone above and beyond to help us with all our requests. Her time management is commendable, everything we've required from her has been executed so quickly and she has exceeded our expectations. I trust that Wei will always be the superwoman that she is and will recommend our friends and family to her services / NAB in the future. We're truly very lucky to be working with her! Jess and Alex

This bank is useless. Their credit card applications are mostly automated. With American Express they come back to you with questions, request documentations etc. This useless bank takes your info and then sends it off into the ether where an automated system basically stamps a "yes or no" response on. In my case there was a "red flag" for "lending from a high risk institution" on my credit report. Said "high risk" was for a measly $50 per month computer rental I have to develop an app (oh yeah, one that's made thousands of dollars globally - so risky, right?). Of course when I rung back minutes after submitting the application to provide this context, I was unable to get through because the lines were busy. As a back up I messaged their chat support. The following day, one Friday at 5PM I'm advised via a generic, automated e-mail the application is declined. It isn't until I ring the following week I discover it is due to "high risk institution and no banking history with NAB so ca

I am AMAZED and grateful for the experienced knowledgeable advice and immediate assistance from my bank manager Yesool Song. She's out there working hard to help me with any banking loans, accounts and even assisted stopping a Google digital token link to my credit card. I can HIGHLY recommend the NAB bank and especially Yesool.
