I went there to request a transfer from my husband's account to purchase a new car. I had read from word of mouth that there would be a waiting period, so I didn't want to have to go through the hassle of being there, so I checked the website beforehand to familiarize myself with the necessary documents and procedures. As a result, both the receptionist and the person who guided me were very kind and polite, and the process went smoothly and didn't take long. However, since all the forms were electronic, I felt it would be difficult for elderly people to complete the process without support. This may be why it takes time for each person.

Even though the counter was busy, they said I might not be able to complete the procedure unless I made a reservation. I told them my business and personal information over the phone in advance and they said they would pass it on to the counter, but they didn't. I didn't even know what documents I needed to complete the procedure in the first place. The lady at the general reception desk had a bad attitude. She spoke to other customers as if they were friends. They asked me for personal information that had nothing to do with the procedure. It was just the worst.
