Service is very slow. It took almost 2hrs to open a new account with atm. Mind you we are first in line. we are there 9am sharp and wait for the opening time. We left the branch 10.30am.

On the counter transaction is very slow on this branch. They also prioritize customers that will open an account rather than loyal customers not following first come first serve. Tried to open a prepaid card few minutes ago. Disappointed with the service.

Very poor customer service.... One transaction takes almost 2 hours... And there are many waiting in the line... The branch head is just sitting there at his chair knowing that there are many waiting customers...... Poor service

The Batangas- Main branch is very nice! The staff and employees in the branch are very helpful and accomodating to all bank related requests! Overall my experience here was good!
