They're administering a trust for me. It involves ensureing a property is insured and an annual visit to ensure it's maintained. In 2018, they charged £603/yr for this service. In 2025, they've raised their fees to £3,087/yr. No explanation. No recompense. No shame. I can't change executor, so they can charge what they want. AVOID!!
