We went into LCL bank asking to help us with photocopying our passport photos. The 2 ladies there were super helpful and kind. They not only helped us to photocopy, they helped to cut our photos so we can stick photos to our metro cards. They were so kind to our 5 years old daughter and gave her a game box. I wish we asked their names so I can publicly thank them here. If we live here, I will love to have a bank account with them as their service is amazing! Thank you so much again for all your kind help, we really appreciate it!!

I've visited multiple lcl locations over the years throughout France and this was the first location that was truly helpful and went out of their way to help me resolve my issue with an inactive account. I wish I'd found this branch years earlier - I would've resolved issues much sooner!
