Previously, I banked with La Banque Postale. I tried about ten times to get a student loan. The communication was a complete disaster; the service was only handled by phone, with operators constantly dropping off the call or transferring you to the other end. In short, a nightmare! So I decided to switch banks and go to LCL. And it was done in a flash! Since then, no more problems; I'm very satisfied with their customer service!
