Poor treatment of the neighbors on Kaiserleistraße. A package for HeLaBa arrived at our house by mistake. The receptionist refused to accept it, the shift supervisor refused to accept it, and I, as a neighbor, am stuck with the package and can't get rid of it. "Can't" meets "mustn't" – I've encountered many incompetent people, but I've never experienced anything like this. Anyone who has such poor control over their business processes, even over such minor matters, will also fall short of even the minimum standards of compliance in their day-to-day operations. I will remember HeLaBa as an unpleasant neighbor with decidedly negative feelings.

After trying to send two emails and calling several times, I finally got through to the hotline today (after 15 minutes). My very polite inquiry was quickly dismissed, and I was repeatedly referred to the written correspondence, to which I still haven't received a reply. When I then politely asked for a personal appointment, the line clicked, and the customer satisfaction survey (how ironic!) started playing. I find the service here truly amazing; I can only advise everyone against using them. Where would we end up in 2025, expecting any service at these exorbitant costs? Best regards.
