Refusing a current account on the grounds that someone does not yet have an income is legally unfair and socially abusive. This initial refusal created a humiliating, anxiety-inducing, and unnecessarily conflictual situation, even though the request was legitimate, legal, and in accordance with the right to a bank account. This type of practice seriously damages the image of La Banque Postale and contradicts its mission of financial inclusion and public service.
