⚠️ A very negative experience with La Banque Postale. My association account was billed and closed even though I hadn't even received my bank details or accessed the service for several months. The result: a debit balance created by the bank itself, then the account was closed. Completely unfair and unprofessional management. Avoid it for associations.

Even though France is doing everything it can to reduce staff numbers and complicate our procedures, the agents at this small post office are more than competent and provide quality customer service beyond their duties, even with the eternally aggressive grumblers. Congratulations!

Although I have some reservations about some of the somewhat "borderline" inquisitorial approaches taken by La Banque Postale, I must praise my advisor, who is efficient and responds quickly to all questions.

The staff were very welcoming, pleasant, and friendly despite what was clearly a difficult day and challenging customers. Honestly, hats off to them! Thank you 🙏
