Worst service ever

It's a disaster. Never available. Charges crazy fees (overdraft charges or incidental payment fees on credit accounts, that's the funniest part...) Doesn't allow you to have details of your card transactions Doesn't reimburse electronic payment fraud without negligence on the part of the customer Sells you life insurance policies at "guaranteed capital" unit rates (in writing, you'd have to be crazy...) Refuses to execute credit agreements (and ends up paying out under threat) Prepares insurance quotes then backs out

I encountered a rude, arrogant, and detestable woman, despite my politeness and courtesy. Everything could have been handled gently rather than in such a passive-aggressive tone. My problem was simply activating the La Banque Postale app. This woman subjected me to an interrogation, despite having my ID and bank details, only to tell me that my new mobile number was registered. Then she made me return to endure her lecture: "You're wasting time when you could have gone to your branch," she said, pointing at her watch. The app clearly states to go to ONE branch in the network—and what a network!—between 3:15 PM and 3:45 PM on July 22, 2025. You manage our money; remain polite and customer-focused!

A disaster! You should hire representatives who respect their clients. This is the last time I'll ever set foot in your place again. Run away! 👎

One of the worst post offices. Appalling service, unwillingness to respond to customer requests. You arrive with a power of attorney and they require the people who granted it to you to be present...pathetic.
