Utterly incompetent, they finish at 4 PM according to the receptionist, never return calls, and know nothing about lien release (it's a foreign term to them). They have no understanding of customer issues and don't even respond to their colleagues in the office. And this is true regardless of your hierarchical level. It's pathetic when you have a client who has taken out eight loans for their family.

I'm switching banks. It's impossible to make regular transfers for the legal guardians of protected adult accounts. "You have to go to the bank branch." Of course: very convenient for everyday banking. A Stone Age bank that I won't miss.
