Très bon accueil si on considère que le personnel a à gérer le surplus de clients lié à la fermeture de la Poste Verney, c'est à dire une file d'attente quasi permanente. Seulement 4 étoiles car la gestion de la Poste Verney, très en retard (c'est une maladie coûteuse et récurrente en France) relève de la responsabilité des dirigeants et non pas du personnel en contact avec le public. Bravo donc aux employées.

I opened a bank account on February 4th. They told me I'd receive my bank details in a week. But I haven't received them yet. I just wasted time. I waited a month for the appointment and then twenty days more for nothing.

One version on the phone, another at the counter, without any real attempt to understand. I couldn't withdraw "my" money despite having my bank details and ID, and even calling my advisor; the woman at the counter wouldn't budge. All this while being incredibly condescending. It's a real shame; the service is getting worse and worse.
