The Certicode code was no longer requested at the post office. The advertised delivery time was 5 to 7 days, but after 14 days, nothing arrived. I submitted another request, and the code finally arrived after 20 days, only to be invalid because I had submitted another request in the meantime, thinking the post office hadn't processed our first one. Ultimately, it's not for me, but for my elderly mother, who is now stranded without money and unable to do anything. Don't be surprised when you lose your most loyal customers.

A loyal customer for over 14 years, I was the victim of fraud. I received absolutely NO support from my bank, which directly concerns this matter. I thought it was a trustworthy bank, close to its customers, but that's clearly not the case! I've entrusted them with my salary since my very first paycheck at 16, and I have all my insurance products with them. At the slightest problem, they abandon you. Incidentally, I never get a dedicated advisor. If they don't help me after two refusals, a complaint, and mediation, I will be forced to switch banks and cancel my insurance policies because I no longer trust them.
