The staff were excellent. The gentleman at reception warmly welcomed me and quickly helped me get a token. I then went to exchange money, and the bank staff handled it smoothly in just 2 to 3 minutes.

Horrible experience! Staff does not speak English, in general very weird customer approach. Found also out that Krungthai Bank cancelled my account with them, since one of my reasons for the visit was suddenly having issues with the log to the app. I was a happy client incl. owner of their Travel Credit Card since 2019… also was told that the app is not available anymore for foreigners now. Not sure if they’re really that racist or it’s all a big „misunderstanding“ due to lack of their English skills. However, they lost a customer. It’s a miracle how such staff is placed at a central branch like the one at Siam Paragon…

This branch is so huge and comprehensive to run your request as one stop service. Locating in this area, we can park our car in various locations, or we can suppose to take any public transportation like skytrain or bus. The staffs are always smile and warm welcome to support us.

Do not be fooled by the fancy interiors. The tellers here are not helpful and informed me that the bank do not provide interest returns for your money. There are better banks than Krungthai.

My card got stuck in nearby Krungthai ATM. Bank employees were extremely helpful to get it back on the same day.
