do not read or follow negative comments because it depends on person to person. the staff is very nice and polite and they also speaks english, you go any branch or anywhere in Thailand, just have patience and follow the rules of banks with smile and respect for the culture and country. if we are foreigners then you can’t behave or expect the same thing that you do or the things might works in your own country.
I recently can open bank account at this branch after searching many banks to open bank account with Ed Visa.The bank office staffs are very helpful and friendly persons.Thanks this branch.
FYI: ED visa short term study Thai visa has been rejected at the branch.
I open bank account here and counter 3 bank officer is very helpful amd very good service thanks to her every process went smoothly
Thailand well-known - land of smile and their polite attitude. Unfortunately not apply to Krungthai staff counter 1 . She displayed her dissatisfaction attitude and eye staring without any smile on foreigners , for not having passport when cheque deposit.
