Good and bad depending on the day. Certain things can only be done at this office, as it is the main office in Kanchanaburi. Money can be exchanged here as well.

I would like to know if the bank doesn't have a photocopy machine? I only brought my ID card with me, but the bank told me to go find a place to photocopy it myself. It's terrible. If the bank could provide a little more convenience, many people would have finished their business by now. This is why the bank is so crowded.

Terrible, absolutely awful! There are so many counters but so few people working. I waited for hours just to update my passbook.

Extremely slow. There are 6 counters, but only 2 are operating. There's queue cutting involved, with service staff cutting in line. They're serving customers without calling out queue numbers, which is considered queue jumping, even though there are 10 people waiting. The service is very slow and terrible.
