friendly and helpful! Went in during weekdays, short wait. I was able to open a saving account as a foreigner, the docs I brought: tax id, yellow book, work permit, pink card, passport.
Terrible. Slow. Bad bad (non) service. Over staffed and way under serviced.
Waited an hour inside to withdraw cash from debit card to avoid $20 USD 1st and 3rd party atm fees as I had been advised. Once it was my turn the clerk rudely laughed at me and said it was not possible. Do not come here for this service.
It was busy but overall the service was pretty fast, I waited about 45min whereas the day before I waited 2 hours at the branch in Central Festival (!). The staff was kind and professional.
You can not withdraw money from a card at this bank. Withdrawing money is one of the most basic functions banks are supposed to provide.
