Terrible. The service was absolutely awful. I waited for over an hour. You absolutely have to have free time to do business at this branch because the staff are incredibly slow.

I came to pick up my Travelcard. I took a queue number and waited for 5 more people. The staff were sitting at counter B, and there were only 2 counters. I waited for over an hour. When it was my turn, I gave them my ID card, and received the card in less than a minute. They asked me to sign, handed me the envelope, and that was it. I waited for an hour, and the staff seemed unwilling to provide good service. It was like, "Just take it." It's too much. I want to know if other branches also have hour-long waits. Just to get the registered card, is it necessary to wait for an hour like this?

Even when I called to contact the staff, they hung up on me.
