Useless customer service Discriminate me as I am from Myanmar. I worked as an internal auditor at one of the top five banks in Myanmar and we treat customer as treasure whether they are foreigner or not. This Thai banks are uneducated and treat us like trash. I don't recommend to open bank account or use service at this bank.
Service way too slow with staff sitting around doing nothing while customers wait
Worst service center Ever!!!
I came in on April 13th during Songkran because I was locked out of my NEXT app. Luckily, they were open on the holiday. I provided my passport and work permit, and the staff had my account fixed in about 15 minutes. Super quick and helpful!
Unfortunately, there were some people skipped in the queue because of an error in the queuing system, which resulted in a rather long wait.
