Bad service. Went for statement for visa. They made all wrong papers and even forgot to update bank book. Had to return and wasted half a day. They refused to apologize and even charged money a 2nd time. Will change banks for sure.

I'd like to review my experience today. A foreigner tried to open a bank account, but the staff's response was displeased and the service was extremely difficult. Furthermore, the management was also terrible; their attire was inappropriate – jeans, sneakers, and just a suit jacket over them. The wait was incredibly long. When asked if the paperwork could be processed, the response was delivered in a condescending tone, as if they had authority over the customer, even though the person asking the question was simply seeking clarification. If possible, the branch owner should train their staff in customer service like other banks. Don't deceive yourselves by claiming good service; the management is equally appalling.

The service is good, but parking is not very convenient.

I was very impressed with the service here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn't feel uncomfortable using their services. The customer service was excellent. Although the parking lot is a bit cramped, it wasn't a problem. Thank you Kasikorn Bank, and thank you to Khun Kae, the staff member here, for her friendly and sincere assistance and advice.
