While the bank is closed on Sunday, the currency exchange booth remains open. The rates were slightly higher than a nearby SuperRich. The staff is friendly and on point. They confirm the rate and money sums with you before getting started. At the end, they give you an itemized printed receipt that captures all pertinent info.

Really helpful, friendly and good English. I opened an account as a foreigner. It took a few visits as I needed some updated paperwork but they were always helpful. Once I opened the account I had some issues with the Ap which they sorted out for me.

I visited this branch of Kasikornbank to do the facial recognition for my accounts. Only a short wait of 5 minutes. Very professional handling of my request with a duration of about 30 minutes. Very friendly and competent employee took care of my request.

The worst banking experience in my life. Be ready to wait for at least an hour for your number to be called. Very third world.
