Thank you K. Vannaporn for helping me with my credit card application. Banking in Thailand as a foreigner is difficult at the best of times. I chose KBank for a credit card after poor experiences with Krungsri, who I was forced to use in the first place. KBank appeared to have good reviews online for customer service, and this seems to be the case with my experience so far. When English became a bit tricky she made a call to someone who spoke better English. Really easy and a change from my usual bank experience.
The staff at the counter 2-3 are very efficient and polite. You can trust Kasikorn Bank for the best of service
I had a wonderful experience at this branch (it was during a quieter time, around 1 PM on a Tuesday). I was promptly assisted by K. Pitchaporn, who was both polite and professional. She answered all my questions and provided clear explanations. This was one of my best and smoothest visits to a bank.

It’s a busy branch so waiting is common, but everyone working here are friendly and polite. It’s normal for banking to take time for some purposes.
