From gulshan 1 circle 10 min walking distance. It's near police plaza. Generally it's heavy crowd always. So best before u go check if you can skip to go branch.
Very Poor sevice as a whole ! I wish I never visit again this bank. Absolutely chaotic arrangement for client handling. Went there on Thursday for an urgent cash withdraw . Too many clients were served by only 2 booth. Considering the last week day they could increase service man , rather decreased . Not only that , there was no safe distance measure in place . Very congested place considering clients numbers. This is nowhere near to modern banking. Anyway Thanks to the Cash In charge for stepping in upon my request and creating another service booth immediately. IBBL management must consider major overhauling of their customer seating / standing / handling measures. Should see other new private banks' measures.
Most profit earning private and islami sha ri ah based bank of Bangladesh. This branch is an AD branch. Customer pressure is not high there you can complete your task withing 10 minutes.
They are so slow. Just slow like a Koala. I have never seen such a slow bank in the private sector.
Customer pressure is not high. So any body can take services easily.
