One star, unfortunately, because it's the lowest possible rating. We visited the bank early in the afternoon to open a joint account for two people. The lady told us to wait, then invited us into a room, saying she couldn't serve us because we needed an appointment. And that was it. Really? Now we have to beg to open an account, or wait... a few days?

Today, before 10 a.m., I was at the bank. A very nice lady (with glasses, short, and blonde) served me. I asked for my personal information to be checked, as I had a problem at home, and for a new payment card. Therefore, I give it 5 stars (my third visit to this place), all very positive. The woman who handled my case was fantastic, incredibly friendly, smiling, and professional. I highly recommend her. My heartfelt thanks to her. I don't remember her name. She has short blonde hair and glasses. Thank you again, and may all my clients have the opportunity to find you 💐💐💐
