Very polite staff, waiting times for service was not that long. Detailed advice on opening an account, assistance in registering with a mobile bank -everything is very clear, accessible and prompt. There was a staff member who spoke Russian, which made the situation much easier. I can definitely recommend this bank.

My visit to this bank was very disappointing. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and were unable to effectively assist customers in any way. I felt more like I was being ignored than actually served, and I didn't receive any specific answers to my questions. The only positive aspect of this place is the free parking, which makes it easy to access. Unfortunately, other than that, it's hard to find any positives.

Our entire visit to the facility was well-organized, with a friendly, professional, and attentive atmosphere. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I highly recommend them!
