I give 5 star or more than 5 star in this bank because this bank give me a chance to open a bank here in poland. In my nationality its very hard to open a bank acount i don't know why i tried 3-4 bank and if not denied we cannot open because of our nationality but this bank ing bank give a open arms to me to have a bank account that's why i'm very greatful to this bank thats all.

The only down side us that not many if the staff are fluent un English. This is the fault of the HR depth head office But everyone is smiling polite and helpful

We had to come back 3 times during the afternoon, each time nobody was available. The third time we had an appointment and when we came, apparently a client just came before us so we had to wait again, after 15min we were leaving when finally someone could receive us... We don’t know anything about their banking services, we’re just talking about availability...

It's hard to rate the service because it was simply nonexistent, but I definitely agree with the previous negative reviews about this branch. To do anything at this branch, you apparently need to make an appointment, which is pointless because the branch is supposed to be accessible to every current and future customer. If you don't make an appointment, you wait—who knows how long, because every employee is busy. The employees suggest you should make an appointment—the problem is that the website dedicated to scheduling appointments only has a few topics to choose from, regarding loans, etc. This suggests that simple matters can be handled immediately, without scheduling an appointment. Interestingly, I was at a branch of another bank that same day, and my matter was handled without waiting or making an appointment.
