A bank that goes into emergency mode when there are only 10 customers waiting.
Lots of people but friendly
When a guest comes, they stare intently. The employees' faces are blank and stiff.

I went to apply for a public certificate, but I forgot to bring a copy of my business registration certificate. When I tried to fax it to the office and apply for the documents, they said they couldn't process the documents because I didn't bring a copy of the original. There was no mention of having to bring a copy of the original when applying, but it's a pain to process. Furthermore, since processing general-purpose public certificates is a relatively rare task, they had to ask for confirmation over the phone... If paying for something is this difficult, I wonder how they handle other tasks. I really don't want to go to this branch again.
