HNB Pettah Metro (Hatton National Bank) Titus Building No. 88 Main Street

I visited the HNB Main Street branch to collect my ATM card, which took nearly 20 minutes. A few days later, I received a call from the branch informing me that they had missed obtaining a required signature on the form I had completed. Despite three staff members being involved in the process, this oversight was not caught, and I was asked to return to the branch solely to sign. I found this highly inconvenient and disappointing, given the lapse in their service efficiency.

HNB Pettah Metro Branch is the worst bank in Colombo . I was expecting good customer service, but everyone acts unprofessionally and fails to provide adequate information to customers. When you want to open a bank account the process takes more than five hours. I do not recommend this bank.

This branch is the worst branch in Colombo. They are working very carelessly. Sometimes not giving proper information. They will give you their office contact number; that doesn't work. Every time you have to meet them in person.

Worst bank I ever seen very poor customer service and supportive they are careless and very rude I have to pay duty it's very urgent bank I'll rush time so I was request to cash deposit and withdraw people's to I have very urgent please I have to go urgently so people's are okay but the cash department person was told me I can't do that there more people's in the bank I was told him ill request them all so they give me the space I was cumplain to the bank manager he was don't care so I was pay duty another day so my damarage charge nearly 200,000/=
