HNB ATM & CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) 149 151 Main Street

Definitely the worse HNB branch. Lack of discipline, decorum and cleanliness, this place doesn't uphold any of the values that HNB stands for. The worse possible element out of all of this- the staff. Lethargic, unprofessional and show no enthusiasm. A simple cash withdrawal took more than hour given the negligence of the staff members. I hold the branch manager responsible for this, looked completely disinterested in the operations. Please do better!

i called the Sea Street branch yesterday morning to get an update the on my loan deduction the person who answers the call doesn't know to use the system and find information so she said she will get back to me, so for no call and response. this is so annoying & pathetic service and this is not the 1st time, i called HNB call center again the agent said its handle by sea street branch so i have to call them again in order to get an update.

Worst experience in this branch , really busy atmosphere, but staff should maintain a proper way of managing people. Poor management

Today I visited HNB metro , Pettah to inquire my fund transferring issue, the staff members gave their fullest support and cooperation to settle it ASAP. They attend my job very positive manner and this is to appreciate their good work. Thanks all of you ! BZ Keep it up.
