Worst customer. Been here to get the card renewed and nobody showed up or even bothered to tell us wait for some time. I had to wait for 45 mins and had to speak up and ask someone to check on my inquiry. Worst service experience in a HNB bank. Doesn’t the HNB management check the Google reviews for this branch? You can see all negative reviews about them
