Had a very disappointing experience at this bank. The staff was extremely slow, and simple requests took far longer than expected. There was very little sense of urgency, which was very frustrating.
Very slow service. The bank was not busy at all but the staffs are very slow. Had to wait over an hour to talk to a staff.
