Terrible exchange rate and a high service charge. At other ATMs in Sri Lanka we have had good exchange rates. You won't find that here.

Took more than 2 hours just to activate my card , poor customer service , after I came to the entrance my umbrella wasn’t there and when I asked nobody knows what happened

Foreigners, avoid this bank for money exchange! It took bank officer nearly 25 min to exchange ONLY 100 DOLLARS! They required my current accommodation which I argued about. Bank officer is a kind lady, but paper work behind is not worth. And the rate for the dollar is ridiculous! Exchange money in Colombo before coming to Kandy.
