One of the good brances of banks for ATM transactions, bank services and account dealings.
The worst and slowest service provider . Even the security guard treats students like he is the manager. They dont know what they are doing. Always keep u waiting in long queues. Even on the hottest sunny day and the coldest rainy day, one have to keep waiting outside just to submit the mess fee.
pathetic experience with NUST HBL branch. Incompetent and arrogant staff
One of the worst service you can get.... Its always crowded.... No management of counters.... Only one or two counters work.. rest just sit looking at miserable students with their dead eyes while taking tea.... Almost Every employee leaves his seat for about 6 hours of walking pointlessly and without purpose.... 3 members are sitting on their desks every day for rest of their lives without lifting a finger for any work.... But that's almost every branch of every bank in Pakistan for you.... No need to expect if this is HBL or if its in NUST they are gonna make an effort....
Unprofessional staff at there if you're in hurry please don't come over here at least!
