Professional, kind, and helpful staff. The office is located on the first floor.
Staff often make mistakes with things like money transfers or auto-pay applications, so you may have some unpleasant surprises after going there. It's best to use a different branch or different bank.
Inexperienced staff. I went there multiple times to fix the same problem of my FPS not working. Please just open an HSBC account, Hang Seng in general has terrible service.
