We had a fantastic experience opening our business account at the FNB bank in Gardens. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and every team member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Kyle our bank advisor was exceptionally patient and supportive throughout the whole process. His outstanding customer service truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

I have been trying to open a Business Banking Gold Account with FNB for over a month, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. For reasons that have still not been clearly communicated, there is a hold on the account. Every time I call to resolve the issue, I’m redirected to a different department and given a completely new explanation. I’m repeatedly promised an update within three business days, yet I receive no feedback, communication, or clarity about what’s actually wrong. I have also been in person to the Gardens branch several times, only to be told each time that there is nothing they can do because everything is handled online. To make matters worse, despite the account not being active or usable, I have just discovered that a monthly fee of R350 has been deducted. The way FNB treats small businesses is unacceptable. The lack of support, accountability, and communication has been genuinely shocking. I cannot think of a worse banking experience. Avoid at all costs.

5 stars for Tracey-Lee that works at this branch. She is friendly, efficient & professional at the same time. She know exactly what she is doing and gives the type of service every customer wants. If I was FNB I would promote her.

I have to psych myself up each time I need to go to a branch because it is never pleasant. The ongoing misinformation and inability to advise through basic problems. The staff at this branch are generally pleasant but their knowledge of their own product is limited at best. I have to qualify by saying Tracey Lee is fantastic and an absolute asset to your branch. I'll make sure to only deal with her in future. The poor advice I've received in the past is shocking
