Unprepared and incomplete customer care. It's absurd that you can't escalate to a more capable employee who can provide reliable information, perhaps by contacting a bank employee. Requests arrive via incomplete and sketchy emails, probably generated automatically by a system. In one of these, I was asked to update my anti-money laundering document and send it in original by post or email. When I asked customer service what it was and where the document was, the third employee, after the line dropped twice, told me not to bother with the email and that I basically had to update my personal profile. A disaster!! These things can be resolved in 5 minutes by talking to someone competent who tells you everything you need to know. It takes days, and you never know what stage you've reached. If I look on the website, my request is still pending MHA documentation!!??? When they replace the employees with AI, we'll see some great things.
Trading account customer service: DISASTROUS. If you have a serious emergency, you basically have no way to talk to anyone other than waiting for a response to an email, which you never know when it'll arrive. When it comes to money, people just can't wait.
The promoter who helped me in the past was lacking in professionalism... The new one isn't much different, though!!! They also filed a money laundering report for having loaned a few dozen krona to a friend, reporting it as a "suspicious transaction."
