Can not open a bank account by providing all the required documents via email without going to the office. Luckily, Revolut exit. Fineco should be catching up with such modern online banking, as you are still lagging behind.

I asked for a call back to ask some questions/concerns about opening an online account. After about two weeks, I received an email from FINECO Bank, stating, "We are pleased to inform you that we attempted to contact you, as requested, to provide you with information regarding opening a Fineco account. We were unable to assist you after several attempts. We therefore invite you to contact us." MY RESPONSE: Good morning, Contrary to what was stated in the email above, I have not received a call. I would also like to point out that I have repeatedly called the numbers listed in your email with no response other than an automated voice requesting my user code, which, obviously, I do not have since I am not yet a customer. Therefore, the service you offer does not meet the minimum requirements that I believe are important, namely, an interface with "humans" who can adequately answer questions and/or other reasonable requests. After more than twenty years, I'm gone. They received a refund from my insurance company and haven't forwarded it to my new provider for months. They even got the contact information wrong and aren't even responding to certified emails anymore. I'm going to file a complaint with the Financial Police in the next few days. No one calls me. No one hears from me. Crazy! I've never seen anything like it. Never!

FinecoBank Customer Care" This is after doing a great job optimizing my bank rating. But they don't care; they have "internal laws." Great, since my father is a Private Customer and (unfortunately) I recommended this bank to him, I'll make sure he changes his mind. I'm in no rush... Anyway, I'm already back at Mediolanum and I'm doing great!
