In mid-November, my consultant took her hat and left, finishing her work. She'd just opened a bank account for me and suggested I get my pension credited through INPS, and that was it. After that, she ended the relationship, assuring me that her manager would send me another consultant soon. Two months have passed so far—I mean, not two days, not two weeks, but two months of silence. Every now and then, I've received a standard message telling me to wait and see if I'll be contacted by the new consultant soon, but no one has shown up yet. Perhaps they've spread the word that I need someone of a certain caliber, and they don't have one? I'll keep you posted when they get in touch. Untrained staff who don't know the difference between a sole proprietorship and a partnership (we're at a bank, not a tobacconist). I waited an embarrassing amount of time in their office, only to find out (after a week) that my account opening request had been rejected. The reason? It hadn't been received. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE BANK. GOODBYE AND THANK YOU.

I went to open a company bank account, which can't be opened online. They left contact information for a direct debit, but they never called. I called three times and they said there's nothing I can do to look for other partners.
