It's a good bank. The only inconvenience is that they have an ATM inside. When people come in and want to buy things, they need an ATM, but the bank is closed and they don't have access. And on Sundays, it's completely closed. And there's no ATM nearby, either, no place to park or withdraw money. For that, 3 stars.

Of the three cash registers, only one is always open. If there are three or four people in line, a wait of about an hour is perfectly normal. They don't accept utility bills, in other words, it's just awful! And this is all in the center of Riscani! P.S. Come in the morning and they don't have any currency (dollars) 😱, I think comments are unnecessary here!

I stood in line for an hour and when it was my turn they told me they didn't have any lei for sale. Unfortunately, another day I happened to be there during lunch break and I had to wait because I needed lei. I waited until they cleared and I was told again that they didn't have lei. In that case, they write a notice on the door NO lei. DON'T STAY IN IMPOSSIBLE.. The cashiers had a very bad behavior, there were two of them and both looked at people with disdain.

The bank had a great location until they decided to close this branch, review on 01/17/2025 and there are already few branches of these banks in the city, but they manage to close them, in general, the BOTTOM!!!!

They work Sundays and holidays! The young interns sometimes struggle, but overall they cope.
