Horrible customer service. I would not recommend doing business with this bank
Always short waiting time
A very bad bank, they don't know how to work, they don't know how to pay a bank bill.
The bank has eight windows for various transactions, plus three for customer service. On Friday at 12:51 PM, there were two tellers and one card processing employee. The line was growing steadily, and seating was limited. There was a "pause" sign at only one window. There simply weren't any others. Given the level of competition among banks, this is a strange policy toward customers.
Dacia Bank 20 operators don't understand what's being asked of them, not even in any language, no intelligence...for any questions! They hang up if you call. It's even worse than it was a year ago...there's practically no one to talk to.
