What's the point of having a phone if your staff aren't going to answer it, especially when I've called 10 to 15 times and they just pick up and hang up? Absolutely unacceptable service. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer is infuriating! If you can’t provide basic communication, you shouldn’t be in business. Extremely disappointed!!
