Nice place. Just near karwan bazar. Very helpful staff. Every one is very nice. Madam & apa was just awesome. I just finished my visit in a short time and in a rush hour. I afraid that they will not help at that lunch time. But... But... They were just awesome. Mind blowing. I just fall in love with them....

What a bank and what a service. Huge gather around the officer time. Huge line. One of the busiest bank branch in. Bangladesh. Officers giving their full effort for the service. Unbelievable service and crowd and after service. As many time I went there I found the crowd and waited long for my turn. Loving it

Best privet bank in Bangladesh. their customer service are very good. they have lots of ATM booths all over the country.anybody can withdraw money from their ATM booth without any charge.

Holding my account since 2011. The service is so much poor now. You need more than 1.5 hours for cash deposits. There are so many employees but not utilizing properly. I'm suggesting another bank for quick service.
